We shade-grow our tea plants for 20–30 days, which boosts chlorophyll and L-theanine and gives our matcha its vibrant color and smooth, silky taste.
We use traditional granite stone mills and grind just 30g per hour, which helps keep the nutrients intact and gives you an ultra-fine powder.
Our matcha is 100% pure green tea powder with no added sugar, flavorings, colorings, or fillers. What you see in your cup is nothing but tea leaves.
